Will I really get results from using your products and working with you?

Absolutely! Colie Skin Therapy only use high quality, results-oriented products. Additionally, you're getting expert advice during our consultation and treatments. We look at all aspects of your skin concerns, challenges, routines, diet, lifestyle and any other important pieces of your skincare puzzle to help us understand exactly what you need to ensure you will successfully achieve your skincare goals. 

When I need to replenish my products, how can I do so?

Easy! You can shop for your regular products via this website. Just click on shop! And if you are local in the north Scottsdale / Phoenix area you may select “Local Pick Up”. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.  

What's your cancellation policy?

Colie Skin Therapy asks clients to reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We understand unexpected circumstances happen from time to time and are happy to assist in the event of an emergency, as a one time courtesy. However, the studio is very busy and we want to serve our customers well. Repeated cancellations/no-shows take up valuable time in the studio's schedule and ultimately impede upon other client's ability to book. Therefore, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and/or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the specific service(s) booked. Thank you for understanding and ensuring all of our clients have an amazing experience! We look forward to serving you.

Can I receive a refund?
No. Colie Skin Therapy does not offer refunds on any services, products, or gift certificates. No exceptions.  
What if I receive the wrong item, something was missing from my order, or a product arrived broken or damaged?  
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs on your order, please report the damage or error to Nicole right away and she will take care of you. You can contact Nicole by email nicole@colieskintherapy.com. Do not throw away your box, packaging, or leaking bottles. Keep all shipping and packaging materials. If the package was damaged in transit we may need to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. Pictures are often required for resolution.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? 
We cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. The best practice is to double-check all orders before checking out. We also cannot guarantee combining separate orders into one shipment due to our quick turnaround times.
